To resolve the myth that the Hongkong marathon is a uphill task. Indeed it is, but the slopes are kind. It is gradual slopes all the way, and not so taxing to your calves as you would imagine it to be. After all, the Hongkong marathon is runnable. Take heart.
Good luck to Jackie for his biathlon this coming weekend. You are going for it alone this weekend, but this is not your first one. Complete it.
